Brendon M. Carroll, Founder and CEO, Talent House Recruiters, Inc.

Brendon is an ambitious entrepreneur and lifelong marketer and salesperson, whose curiosity and tenacity always lead him to the next new thing. His experience spans 15 years in multiple disciplines. Anyone who meets Brendon knows that he can close the deal. With an innate passion for “connecting people”, consumer promotion and new digital technology, Brendon has been building teams and new business channels for startups and well-established companies such as: News Corp, Cox Communications, and Catalina Marketing since 1995. His impressive client list includes Proctor & Gamble, Unilever and Kraft Foods.

Before founding Talent House Recruiters, he was the Head of Global Marketing at a Health and Wellness Company, with a focus on e-Commerce, Social and emerging Digital media.  He is “wide awake to technology”, because today it is integrated into every aspect of business.  In Information technology and e-Commerce executive recruiting, Brendon recognizes the importance of understanding the ever-changing and evolving world of technology, and the art of refinement in order to understand clients’ specific needs.  A constant student of his profession, Brendon challenges himself to continue learning and understanding the IT industry to better match candidates with ideal positions.  He strives to set himself and his firm apart by delivering insight through the recruiting process by teaching clients something new/valuable about e-Commerce and technology to compete in their market, channel and category.

His eye for detail and ability to see unique angles in every situation enable him to most effectively close gaps in his clients’ operations. His expertise allows him to be a catalyst for the change and success of both his candidates’ careers and his clients’ vision. Having worked with some of the top, global leaders, luminaries, scientists and authors in conscious media, he recognized a gap in corporate recruiting and in 2012, he launched, because “conscious businesses need conscious leaders.”

A native of Boston, Brendon has lived and worked in NYC, Chicago and Miami and moved to sunny LA in 2005. Brendon enjoys the dichotomy of casual Southern California living and speaking with high-strung Industry contacts all day. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from Salem State University with a B.S in Communications and Marketing and is a proud father of two sons, Hunter and Griffin. Brendon believes that “travel is the best gift that you can give yourself”.  He is also active in fitness, life & career coaching and animal rescue charities and enjoys bringing his adopted dog, Belle, to the Talent House Recruiters offices.

Danny has over 17 years of strategic marketing experience in the entertainment industry, most recently running music and movie marketing campaigns at his own boutique marketing and consulting firm.

Danny previously held senior Marketing Director posts at companies such as Sony Music and MySpace Music where he oversaw marketing campaigns for developing and established artists in all genres.  Besides managing extensive marketing campaigns, Danny has been the main point of contact for top ad agencies, art directors, video directors, web developers, and strategic marketing partners.

Other record companies that Danny has held creative marketing positions at include Maverick Records and American Records working with visionaries such as Madonna and Rick Rubin.

At both Columbia Records and Maverick Records, Danny developed and launched in-house national field marketing departments and was responsible for launching the careers of artists such as Alanis Morissette, Deftones, System of a Down, Prodigy, and many others.

Danny’s extensive entertainment marketing experience and contacts make him a perfect fit as a recruiter and his healthy relationships have proven to be beneficial to all of those that Danny works with.

When not in front of his computer, Danny loves to run, play golf, surf, attend Dodger games and try out adventurous new restaurants and food trucks.  Danny grew up in Santa Barbara and visits regularly to cook with his mother and to jump in the ocean.

He began his career at Nine West, Macy’s, American Girl Place, and The Disney store and was part of a team responsible for new store openings, hiring, and staff management, He further developed his career with as the Fulfillment Director, and moved into Staffing in 2007 with Volt Workforce Solutions, where he managed 3 offices in Los Angeles, Oakland, and Newark, CA.
