Our Recruiting Fees:
Talent House Recruiters is a Contingency and Retained Executive Search Firm. With contingency searches, our fees are paid by our client companies if, and only if a candidate we represent is hired. What that means is that there is no risk to our clients … we do not ask for money up front, and are highly motivated to deliver top quality candidates that fit the needs of our clients. Our fee agreements include a guarantee. Because we keep our overhead costs low, our fees are well below most of our competitors.
