$125,000-$140,000 Based On Experience + Commissions
Our SaaS Client is looking for new leadership for North America. This role is going to be important in growing their enterprise sales segment. They need to know how to manage teams in a startup environment, ideally at a tech company (SaaS specifically). This person should have managed people in the past – someone super senior isn’t necessary. They’ll be managing a team of 7 people (3 marketing, 3 sales related – pre-sales, account manager, sales rep, and 1 developer community manager); someone who is managing a small team now but ready to take the next big step would be great. They’ll be responsible for the P&L for North America. Their background should be a combination of sales, management, and ideally, working with international teams.
They definitely need someone who can close deals, empower sales team, etc. They’ll report directly to the CEO. They’ll be driving growth strategy.

Their ideal candidate has an international background or has worked with international and offshore teams. Their company culture is very diverse, with offices around the globe. They need someone who can come in and not only compromise, but collaborate, with people of varying cultures.
Key differentiators: they have an excellent enterprise product. They’re a very tech-driven company – most email marketing platforms play to marketers, but this platform is a developer’s playground. They are very focused on their developer community, API’s for integration, etc.
Travel: They will travel to France about 3-4 times a year.
