Our rapidly growing early-stage, indie beauty client, trèStiQue is looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Digital Marketer to join their dynamic team in New York City.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to drive qualified traffic and revenue to trèStiQue.com. The Digital Marketing lead collaborates on strategy with the co-Founders and drives execution and reporting on trèStiQue’s core digital marketing channels, SEM, SEO, email, and social, as well as drives .com site improvements, a/b testing, landing page buildout and funnel optimization.

trèStiQue is a rapidly growing, early-stage beauty company with a focus on e-commerce, as well as an expanding presence at select retail stores. The Company was founded in 2015 by Jack Bensason and Jennifer Kapahi, who have over 22 years of combined beauty industry experience. Their mission was to formulate and engineer an entire beauty line that simplifies how you use, carry and apply makeup. As an on-the-go urban woman, Jenn was tired of lugging around a messy, heavy makeup bag. Like all the other busy ladies out there she was strapped for time. Jenn wanted a better solution for her everyday makeup routine and on-the-go (fitness, travel and work) touch-ups.. So they launched their Essential 8 set which is an everyday 5 minute routine for the real women.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing – You Will:

  • This individual will be responsible for day to day operations of our digital marketing programs across SEM, SEO, display, mobile, paid social, and email, as well as eCommerce site optimization and reporting
  • Serve as point person for day to day execution with our digital marketing agency
  • Partner closely with digital agency to maintain budgets and positive results with paid social campaigns
  • Serve as point person for day to day project management with our web dev team
  • Launch a successful affiliate marketing program with positive ROI results
  • Grow email list and generate create ways to increase conversion and click thru
  • Mange execution for our email program including marketing calendar, campaign production, deployments and list hygiene, campaign reporting and analysis
  • Grow, analyze and drive new focused email sequences for cart abandonment, essential 8, selfie shade matching and new customers
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and communicate insights, data, and optimizations
  • Partner closely with Web Dev and design to build digital assets and landing pages optimized for conversion and to improve the performance of our site
  • Generate fresh new ideas for how to build our trèStiQue.com online business
  • Lead and generate a robust referral program
  • Grow and analyze our TBYB program
  • Manage and analyze our selfie shade matching tool to generate qualified customers and sales
  • Develop a robust loyalty program
  • Develop replenishment/subscription program
  • Take our digital customer service to a new level and manage site Commerce making strategic evaluations and lead new sales driven recommendations
  • Own and update reporting dashboard for trèStiQue.com; communicate results to key stakeholders, partners and trèStiQue executives
  • Source and recommend new agencies and partners to work with
  • Initiate and develop new marketing and selling platform
Desired Skills:

You Will Need:

  • BA/BS required
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or ecommerce
  • Experience leading campaigns for a consumer and/or beauty brand a plus
  • Knowledgeable in SEO
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, quickly and effectively
  • Experience across all social media platforms
  • Understanding of past/current product trends
