Senior Account Executive, Healthcare Advertising, Agency (Bilingual)


$55,000-$65,000 per Year Based On Experience

Job Description:


Our client is a an Agency for the new multicultural America. Specializing in multicultural-forward, integrated marketing and communications campaigns, helping leading brands connect with consumers through culturally-inspired ideas.

The Senior Account Executive’s primary responsibilities include: supporting all multicultural advertising campaign initiatives, with responsibility for day-to-day client management, creative/production management, strategic and media planning, reporting, interpretation of response data, next steps, recommendations, and overall problem solving associated with running a successful ad campaign on a more senior level.



  • Manage the daily operations of your assigned accounts to ensure satisfied clients
  • Communicate and present multicultural campaign results
  • Support multicultural strategic and media planning process and present recommendations to client
  • Review reports, trends and results and interpret data to make proactive recommendations to advance the campaign and the Client’s business initiatives
  • Review budgets and make changes/recommendations as necessary
  • Assist Account Director and/or Account Supervisor as necessary
  • Coach and develop account executive(s) and account coordinator(s)

  • Accuracy in calculating numbers and report preparation and presentation
  • Trouble shoot and problem solve as appropriate
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and follow through skills
  • Complete assignments and/or agreements within deadlines
  • Retail or Health Care Advertising a huge plus!

Education and Experience

  • A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multicultural ad campaigns
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English), fluency in speaking, reading, writing
  • A solid understanding of multicultural advertising (Hispanic focus)
  • Multicultural Integrated experience – TV, Radio, Online and Print with a proven track record in juggling multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient at problem solving and brainstorming for solutions
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, graphs and charts
  • Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
Working Conditions
  • Ability to travel domestically – approximately 5%.
  • Position in Los Angeles (West Hollywood)
