Our Client, a leader in turn-key contract manufacturing in the HBA industry, presents an exciting new role and opportunity for three Regional Account Executives (East, Midwest and West) to join a rapidly expanding, family- owned Contract Manufacturer of innovative vivid colors and a diverse portfolio of Personal Care Products.
We are searching for a “STAR” candidate who understands that the sky is the limit. You’ll be proactive and experienced selling for a turnkey HBA contract manufacturer. The Regional Account Executive will be a confident ambassador for our client. In this position you will operate effectively on a regional basis, leading sales activities by example. You will be creating, and delivering, innovative Sales Plans for newly acquired accounts, and for esteemed international companies such as; MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, Urban Decay, Bare Essentials, Smashbox, TIGI and Youngblood.
Founded by a world-renowned Research & Development Chemist, our client has grown into a full-service Private Label/Contact Manufacturer, catering to clients in all channels of distribution and prides itself in being a leader in top-quality Color Cosmetics. Known throughout the industry for the strength and consistency of its formulations, this Cosmetics giant offers a unique combination of high-tech science and personalized service.
Its offering of complete services caters to a variety of clients, offering experienced guidance from concept to finished products. Whether a client is looking to develop a completely new line of specialty, or promotional items, or is simply second sourcing their existing products, the Regional Account Executive and the Account Coordinator will assist clients through this process. The Research and Development team will meet your client’s needs, whether they seek the elegance of the past or the cutting edge of the future. You will offer personalized service, attention to detail and a “can do” attitude towards any project presented. The Regional Account Executive will lead by example and offer prompt, courteous, personal, proactive and continuous expert service, enthusiasm, charisma and that exceeds our client’s expectations.
Managing and expanding Key Accounts.
Researching, Identifying and Generating new business development opportunities.
Identifying suitable opportunities and generating high quality sales leads.
Overseeing and directing on-time deliveries of all samples, quotes, orders.
Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
Building consultative relationships with clients.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Attaining sales goals for contract manufacturing and Private Label Brand.
Representing a series of innovative products that will provide your clients with that “next-level” experience.
Collaborating with R&D on new product development projects and train sales staff on new products.
Delivering sales presentations to key clients, maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
Documented B2B Selling Successes.
Cosmetic product, brand and industry knowledge, combined with following the latest cosmetics and beauty trends.
Experience at attending and exhibiting at industry conferences, trade shows and exhibitions.
Establishing and attaining sales goals.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills and business sense.
The ability to manage, motivate and lead an Account Coordinator, by example.
Ability to distinguish between being a respected manager versus a friend.
Initiative, charisma, drive, pride in appearance and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Demonstrated IT, budgeting, reporting systems and writing skills.
75% travel required throughout the Account Executive’s Sales Region for sales calls and business development and 25% to the Corporate Headquarters in Los Angeles.
An unrestricted valid driver’s license.
