We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator/Administrative Assistant,





Primary Duties include:

Greet all visitors and make them feel welcome

  • Plan and execute company parties, events and outings
  • Provide administrative support (phones, mail, scheduling, go-to person)
  • Provide support for recruitment efforts
  • In charge of travel arrangements and bookings
  • Responsible for the maintenance of common spaces and office cleanliness (kitchen, conf. rooms, general office)
  • Inventory of office supplies and snacks
  • Promote and live our culture
  • Be proactive in all job duties

  • Bachelors degree a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication a must
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet continuous deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with a variety of different personalities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Be proactive and show initiative
  • Exercises appropriate judgment to ensure quality service and resolution
  • Administrative support experience preferred
